Joshua G. Burns is the founder, owner, and managing partner of The Law Office of Joshua G. Burns LLC. He is an experienced attorney who has intimate knowledge of Southwest Ohio's local laws, rules, and regulations and has seen cases from both sides of the bench. Joshua is a compassionate advocate for the legal needs of families and individuals, a focus and passion that he instills in his law firm.

Prior to starting the firm, Joshua spent a total of 9 years in private practice, first at Ruppert, Bronson & Ruppert and more recently at Kircher, Arnold & Dame. While there he focused on many of the same practice areas he now offers, including family and juvenile law, criminal and traffic offenses, civil, and probate. He also served as court-appointed counsel in a variety of juvenile court matters during this time.

Joshua also spent a considerable amount of time behind the bench hearing cases. He was a magistrate at the Warren County Juvenile/Probate Court for 3 years and also served as the City of Harveysburg's prosecutor for a year. While a magistrate, he heard a variety of cases including custody, child support, delinquency, and traffic.

Joshua is a graduate of Wake Forest School of Law, where he was both Honor Council president and Trial Bar member. Prior to that, he obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and History at Miami University. He was also recognized by the National Trial Lawyers Association as one of their Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyers in 2013.

Joshua is a Southwest Ohio native and currently resides in Lebanon.
